Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 29, 2026

Growth Kingdom LLC (“Growth Kingdom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds AI and automation systems for coaches and coaching businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit growthkingdom.com, book a call with us, communicate with us, or use any of the tools, apps, software, demos, dashboards, automations, or other products and projects we create or operate (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form on our site (for example, to book a discovery call), email us, or otherwise reach out.
  • Booking information — when you schedule a call, the appointment details you provide through our scheduling provider.
  • Business information — details about your business, goals, offers, and audience that you share with us during calls, onboarding, or while working together.
  • Communications — the contents of messages you send us by email, SMS, chat, or through the Services.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type and user agent, device information, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services.
  • Approximate location — your country, derived from your IP address (for example, to pre-select the correct phone country code in our booking form).
  • Cookies and similar technologies — identifiers set by us or our advertising and analytics partners (such as the Meta Pixel’s _fbp and _fbc cookies), and browser storage used for functional preferences such as your language selection.

Information processed on behalf of our clients

When we build or operate systems for a client — such as funnels, follow-up automations, AI responders, content pipelines, or dashboards — we may process personal information about that client’s leads and customers (for example, names, contact details, and message history). In those cases we act as a service provider / processor: the client owns and controls that data, we process it only under their instructions to deliver the agreed services, and the client’s own privacy policy governs how it is collected and used. If you are a lead or customer of one of our clients, please direct privacy requests to that business; we will assist them in honoring your request.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
  • To schedule and conduct discovery calls and respond to your inquiries.
  • To follow up with you about your inquiry by email, phone, or SMS.
  • To send marketing and promotional communications you have requested or that relate to services you asked about (you can opt out at any time).
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including matching conversions to ad campaigns.
  • To secure the Services, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Calls, email, and SMS

By submitting your phone number through our forms, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Growth Kingdom about your inquiry and related services, including messages sent with automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message. We do not share your SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. This means:

  • The Meta Pixel on our site records events such as page views and form submissions, and sets cookies in your browser.
  • When you submit a form, we may also send Meta a server-side event that includes your email address, phone number, and name in hashed (SHA-256) form, along with your IP address, browser user agent, and Meta’s cookie identifiers, so Meta can match the conversion to an ad interaction.

Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can learn more and manage your preferences at Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta Ad Preferences.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share personal information only with the vendors that help us run the Services, and only as needed for them to do so:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security, and edge processing for our website and serverless functions (including deriving your country from your IP address).
  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — our CRM and communications platform, where leads and contact records are stored and follow-up messages are sent.
  • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, as described above.
  • Google — appointment scheduling through Google Calendar (information you enter in the booking calendar is processed by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy) and web font delivery through Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.
  • Utility services — our booking form may load country flag images from a CDN and, as a fallback, query an IP-geolocation service to detect your country; these providers receive your IP address as part of serving the request.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred data).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. AI and automation systems

Our work involves building AI-powered systems — for example, automated follow-ups, AI responders, and content pipelines. Where these systems process personal information, we use it only to deliver the relevant service (for us or for the client the system belongs to). We do not use your personal information to train publicly available AI models.

6. Cookies and your choices

You can control tracking in several ways:

Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site, though some conveniences (like a remembered language preference) may stop working.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — typically for as long as we have an active relationship or ongoing conversation with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, legal, and accounting purposes. Data we process on behalf of clients is retained according to our agreements with them. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side handling of credentials and API keys, hashing of identifiers sent for ad measurement, and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those in your country.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

11. Children

The Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
